Thousands of festival goers will be heading to T in the Park from Buchanan Bus Station this weekend.
The station, operated by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport, will become a busy travel hub as it helps music fans head north to the event in Balado, Kinross.
Buchanan Bus Station is Scotland’s busiest and every year it helps tens of thousands of revellers flock to the three-day music event.
SPT Chairman George Redmond said: “SPT is delighted to once again help music fans get to T in the Park where we hope they will all have a great time.

“As thousands of people pass through Buchanan Bus Station this weekend it again shows how important this busy travel hub is to the travelling public throughout the west of Scotland.”
Buses will begin their journeys to the festival from 11am on Thursday and will be heading there and back until the final return trips on Monday morning.
A Capital FM London bus will spend the weekend at Buchanan Bus Station entertaining revellers and giving away survival packs which include festival necessities such as ponchos, toothbrushes and deodorant.
Five street stars from the popular radio station will join the presenters who are to perform exclusive DJ sets from Thursday to Sunday and festival goers will have the chance to win some great prizes including hand held cameras.
Capital FM’s Andrew Patrick said: “We’re really excited to be once again working with SPT on another fantastic partnership.
“We are now in a great position to showcase both brands by putting on the event at Buchanan Bus Station to create a unique experiential offering that will really see us engage with the thousands of commuters heading to this weekend’s T in the Park festival”
This year’s headline acts at T in the Park are Snow Patrol, the Stone Roses and Kasabian.
