The Glasgow Bike Station’s ‘A better way to work project’ will be holding pop-up bike clinic and travel surgery at Cowcaddens Subway Station on Wednesday 22 January.
The event will be taking place from 4pm to 6.30pm just outside the station.
The team will be giving free bike check-ups over tea, coffee and flapjacks – there will also be some great freebies.
The Bike Station team will also be providing commuting advice for travel in and around Glasgow including walking, cycling and public transport options. This includes information on how to register for a FREE Subway Smartcard, which will make jumping off your bike and onto the Subway quick and easy.
SPT are committed to making cycling to our subway stations even easier by installing bike shelters at a number of stations. The first Subway bike shelters were installed late last year at Kelvinbridge and Bridge Street stations
The surgeries are normally very busy so get down early to guarantee your flapjack and service!
