How we select tenants
In considering any tenant as an occupier we will base our decision on:
- Quality of fit-out
- Proposed use
- Financial covenant
- Track record
- Rental and lease structure
As a transport provider we will carry out identity checks and will need verification of your identity; usually a passport, driving licence or other official document will be sufficient. We reserve the right to seek further clarification from British Transport Police. You will also need to show proof of your current address by way of a utility bill, Council Tax bill and bank statement.
