• About Daytripper

• Daytripper offers unlimited travel for one day by rail, Subway, most buses and some ferries throughout Strathclyde.

• Purchasing Daytripper

• Daytripper Tickets are valid after 09:00, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and Glasgow public holidays.

  Daytripper Tickets can be purchased on our online sales site and from any staffed rail station or SPT Travel Centre.

  Note: Daytripper tickets cannot be bought from ticket-issuing staff on board rail or bus services.

  Daytripper prices (from 2 January 2010)

  • £17.50 for two adults and up to four children (five to 15 years inclusive).
  • £9.80 for one adult and up to two children (five to 15 years inclusive).
• How it works

• On your chosen day, simply rub off the year, month, date and day when you start your first journey, then seal down the plastic cover or your ticket will not be valid.

  There's nothing more to pay for any number of journeys for the rest of the day. Use your Daytripper ticket the day you buy it, or save it and travel on another day - it's valid for the remaining years indicated.

  Note: The party must always stay together for travel with the Daytripper ticket.

• Participating operators

• The Daytripper ticket is valid on all SPT supported services.

  It is not valid on night service buses, tours or excursions.
