31B: Carmunnock - Stewartfield - East Kilbride Bus Station (1)
Kirktonholme Road, East Kilbride will be closed between Falkland Drive and Lindores Drive from 8am on Thursday 12th February 2026 to 23:59 on Friday 13th February 2026 to allow for carriageway resurfacing. Service 31B journeys from Carmunnock will operate normal route to Stewartfield Way then turning left on to West Mains Road towards East Kilbride Bus Station. The same diversion will operate in reverse. We will be unable to serve Kirktonholme Road during the works. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Saturday 31st January 2026 until Sunday 1st February 2026 the A89, Glasgow Road at Bargeddie Roundabout will be closed eastbound only to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Service 222, to Baillieston will operate normal route and continuing on Whifflet Street, diverting on to A8 Glasgow and Edinburgh Road,Langmuir Road, Rosebank Terrace and resuming normal route. Return journey will operate same diversion in reverse. Please note any passengers wishing to travel from Kirkwood or Old Monklands Road will require to use the alternative services 2 and 16. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Monday 26th January 2026 to Friday 13th February 2026 the B741 Linfern Road, Dailly will be closed from 8am -5pm each day to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. During the closure times service 358 will not serve Linfern Road, Greenhead Street or The Loaning.

From 0900 until 1600 on Sunday 25th January 2026, Auchinstarry Road will be closed from Auchinstarry Roundabout to Constarry Road, this is to facilitate drainage repairs. Service 147/147A from Kilsyth will operate normal route to Howe Road, diverting onto B8023, Main Street, B8048, Smithstone Road, B802 and resuming normal route from Croy Station. Return journey will operate same diversion in reverse. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
