Active Travel Strategy Partick Nextbike

SPT People and Place Programme Community Fund

The SPT People and Place Programme Community Fund is to support community organisations hoping to deliver active and sustainable travel behaviour change initiatives over 2025/26.

The fund is for community organisations delivering these initiatives in the SPT region and will support projects with value between £5,000 to £50,000.

Projects must be within the scope of the programme and align with at least one of the five key People and Place Programme themes – Schools and Young People, Workplaces, Accessibility and Inclusion, Capacity and Capability, Supporting Sustainable Transport. Applications are now open

Applications are now open, and close end of day Monday 14 April 2025. Completed application forms should be sent to [email protected] along with a completed Project Plan document. Please read the application guidance carefully before completing the application form.

Please note, at this stage it is anticipated that successful applicants will be notified w/c 28 April 2025 with a decision in principle, funding confirmation and formal receipt of Grant Award Letter is subject to confirmation of funding for the People and Place Programme from Transport Scotland under the 2025/26 Parliamentary Budget Setting Process, and SPT Board approval of the 2025/26 Partnership Budget.
