• To be eligible for the £5 Pay As You Go credit customers must select ‘Door Drop’ in response to the question “Where did you hear about Smart?” on the Subway Smartcard registration form.
• Only new registrations will be eligible for the £5 Pay As You Go credit offer – customers who already have a registered Subway smartcard, or who have previously had a registered Subway smartcard, are not eligible. Only one registration per person will be accepted. Multiple registrations from the same person will not be accepted.
• Once your registration has been approved and if you meet the eligibility criteria, a £5 credit will be applied to your card and the Subway Smartcard team ([email protected]) will email you to confirm.
• The £5 Pay As You Go credit can be used at any time for Subway travel will not expire
• No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The credit is not transferable
• SPT employees are exempt from the £5 Pay As You Go credit offer
• Incomplete registrations will not be accepted
• All registrations must be received by 23:59 on 31^st July 2022
